This two-year diploma examines the various management roles in the hospitality industry and develops the skills to match those roles. Students gain industry-specific competence in computer applications, financial management, room division management, food and beverage management, and marketing and sales.
Offered in collaboration with AHLEI, the program leads to double diplomas and a clear pathway into a degree program through MCC's university partner — a credential package recognized in hospitality markets worldwide.
