You are entering as a visitor for a short program, or you already have a valid study permit from a previous time in Canada. Your arrival is simpler — but documentation still matters.
A Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) officer will ask to see your travel documents, ask questions about your study plans, and confirm your eligibility to enter. Entry remains at the discretion of the CBSA officer — be honest, polite, and have your documents organized.
You will go through Primary Inspection Kiosks before meeting an officer. Have your study permit or POE letter ready alongside your passport.
