How the year is structured
Standard scheduling across most diploma programs
Since January 1, 2022, MCC has followed a standard schedule across most diploma programs: Fall (September – December), Winter (January – April), and Summer (May – August). Some programs and part-time offerings operate on different schedules, so always confirm with staff before registering.

Attendance matters
Plan travel around your term, not the other way round
Attendance is mandatory from the first to the final day of each semester. The College may not accommodate special exam arrangements or delayed registrations, so plan vacations and family travel during scheduled breaks.
Program offerings and dates are predetermined but can be subject to change — students will receive advance notice of any updates.
